In my first year at Bay Lane Middle School, I am so very excited to be a part of this extraordinary school. Leading up to my professional work, I was born and raised in Wisconsin and in 1993 relocated to Arizona. There I served as a teacher, instructional coach, and administrator. In addition to these roles, I have also facilitated graduate learners at Northern Arizona University and pre-service teachers at Glendale Community College. I earned a Doctoral (Ed.D.) degree in Teacher Leadership from Walden University, a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University. In my current role as an instructional leader, I look for opportunities to collaborate in a professional learning community where everyone strives to achieve the shared mission, vision and values of the school and district. In everything we do, we must be student-centered in our continuous improvement efforts to increase student achievement and overall organizational effectiveness. With moving our school in a continual positive direction, I look forward to partnering with the students, teachers, and community of Bay Lane Middle School. Always my best,
