District Gifted and Talented Policy The Muskego-Norway School District provides for the continuous identification of gifted and talented students in the areas of specific academic ability (reading, writing, science, social studies, math), general intelligence, creativity, leadership and artistic ability (visual/performing arts and psychomotor strength). Multiple criteria will be used to identify gifted and talented pupils and pupils may be identified in more than one category. Parents of gifted and talented students will be provided opportunities to participate in the planning of the proposed program.
